Delivery
House of Treasures uses a selection of couriers for shipping treasures to your home address. The choice of courier can vary depending on several factors, including the best priced option available for you and your country of residence. For mainland UK, the options for shipping that are available are either next day or an economy option that would take roughly 3 to 4 working days.
For non-UK addresses, defining an approximate delivery time is entirely dependent on the level of service chosen by you once we provide you with the best priced shipping options. As such, we can only really inform you how much time the shipping will take once you've let us know which shipping option you prefer.
This of course is without taking into account any issues with Customs clearance; if your treasure is delayed due to Customs clearance or otherwise detained by the courier in order to collect import duties upon pick-up you will be informed by the courier via letter to come to their depot to pick up the parcel.
At the day of delivery, the chosen courier will call by the address specified by you and request to obtain a signature (as all parcels are tracked) before handing over the parcel. In the event of you not being home at that time the chosen courier will return to their depot and store the parcel there for a set amount of days, leaving behind a card at your address to indicate the location of the parcel. When you go to pick it up you will need to bring valid identification with you.
