Return Policy
If on receipt of your order you find the product to be faulty, you can return it to us, provided it is unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within seven days of the date you received the item. Please contact us either by email or by phone before you return an item. On satisfactory return of the goods we will refund the purchase price, excluding any postage or packaging charges.
We would recommend you use registered post as we cannot be held responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us where unrecorded delivery methods have been used. Please retain proof of postage.
We do not accept return of Items on Sale.
