Our shipping options currently are divided into three major zones; a UK zone for residents in the United Kingdom, a Europe zone for residents in mainland Europe and an International zone for all those living outside of these two zones. Within each zone, there are several options available, one where we will use our UK courier solution (or aim to find the cheapest shipping option for you in case you are an international customer) and another if you would prefer to arrange your own shipping instead of making use of ours. In all cases we aim to find the most cost effective solution available whilst still providing you with tracked and insured shipping.

For our customers in the United Kingdom we can provide currently either an option to allow customers to arrange their own shipping or the option to let us provide you with shipping and handling.

If you choose to arrange your own shipping we are more than happy to be of help; just let us know which company you have chosen and have them contact us for arrangements regarding pick-up.

If you choose to make use of our shipment offerings, you can be assured that the prices you pay are based on the best priced solution we could find whilst still making use of first class courier services. We do have two different options which are dependent on where you live and provide a 3-4 day economy delivery and a next day delivery for mainland UK. Furthermore, any order you place that is under 1 kg in weight will be shipped via Royal Mail for £4.50.

For our customers in Europe, for parcels up to 1 kg we will make use of Royal Mail's Airsure service, the cost for parcels up to 1 kg is £9.00; please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. For orders over 1 kg we will take up contact with you to let you know the total shipment cost.

For our International zone we have three options for you to consider when it comes to shipping. For parcels of up to 1kg we will make use of Royal Mail's Airsure service which will cost £16.00; please allow 10-15 working days for delivery. For packages over 1 kg in weight you can choose to arrange your own courier or opt to let us find the best priced solution for you.

If you choose to let us find the best priced solution we will make use of our extensive contacts to find the best priced solution for you when it comes to shipping your treasure and will contact you to let you know the total cost. You will only be charged and complete the final sale once you've agreed to the shipping costs and received a final invoice from us.
