Selecting a shipping option
Once you have viewed your cart and chosen to proceed through checkout the first screen you will have encountered is the address details screen. This will allow you to provide us with all the details we require in order to be able to contact you regarding your order and to ship the items to you.
Once you've filled out all this data the next step is to select a shipping option. We have tried to make this process as easy as possible in order for you to be able to select without having to worry about all the details. The shipping options has a few easy steps to go through, the first one of which is the selection of the shipping agent.
The shipping options we have available for you depend on where you live. If you reside in the United Kingdom we will have options available for you to choose from that include next day delivery in mainland UK and a 3 to 4 day economy delivery option that is valid for the whole of the United Kingdom. Additionally, we have the option available for you to indicate you would like to use your own courier.
If you live outside of the United Kingdom, you will be contacted after placing your order in order to arrange for shipping. Do note that if this is the case you will not be sent an invoice or charged any money until you feel happy with the shipping arrangements. Once the shipping arrangements have been settled to your satisfaction we will send you an invoice through PayPal.
The main reason for handling international shipping this way is due to the pricing approach for international shipping which takes into account not just the weight of a package but also the size. Additionally, we would like to ensure that we can get the best priced option for you and this can vary per country for different couriers which is why we prefer to help you as much as possible by finding the best price option.
After choosing the shipping option and selecting whether or not you want to have insurance on the shipment you will be able to proceed to view your order summary.
